Application Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smarter Way application (the "Service"), operated by Kamil Dzikowski ("we", "us", or "our"). By connecting an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Smarter Way is a content platform that creates original media — including illustrated books, articles, and short-form videos — and, at the operator's direction, distributes that media to connected third-party accounts such as TikTok and YouTube. The Service acts on your behalf only for the accounts you explicitly connect and only for the actions you authorize.

2. Connecting accounts & authorization

Connecting a third-party account uses that platform's official OAuth flow. When you connect an account (for example, TikTok), you grant Smarter Way permission to publish content to that account on your behalf and to read basic profile information needed to identify the connected account. We never receive or store your password. You may revoke this access at any time — from within Smarter Way (Disconnect) or from the third-party platform's own account settings.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content published through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to that content and that it complies with applicable law and with the community guidelines and terms of any platform to which it is published. You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise policy-violating material.

4. Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok, YouTube, and any other connected platform through Smarter Way is also governed by those platforms' own terms of service and policies. Smarter Way is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok or any other platform. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, or actions of those platforms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorized means, or use it to violate the rights of others or the rules of any connected platform.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from the actions of any connected third-party platform.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
