Bella perched on a daisy petal, peeking at the far-away Big Garden. Sunlight danced across her colorful wings. But Bella's wings were not as wide or fast as the other butterflies'. She fluttered them, feeling them tremble. Today was the day. All the butterflies gathered at the meadow's edge, ready to fly. Bella bit her lip. 'What if I get too tired? What if I fall?' she whispered. The others zipped and zoomed, their wings whirring like small fans. Bella took a deep breath and fluttered after them. As Bella soared above soft green grass, she watched her friends swoop ahead. The wind tickled her feelers. Bella flapped harder, but her wings soon grew tired. 'Don't stop!' she thought. 'Or you'll never reach the Big Garden.' Soon, Bella felt wobbly. Her wings drooped lower with each flap. She began to slow down. The meadow below looked so far, her heart thumped loud as a drum. Just then, Bella spotted Marco the ant below, carrying a tiny green leaf. He rested on a rock, smiling up at her. 'Looking tired, Bella?' he called. Bella nodded, fighting back a tear. Marco waved his antennae. 'When my legs get weary, I always pause and share my load. Want to join me?' Bella floated down. She rested her wings while Marco offered a crumb of sugar. It sparkled on her tongue. 'Thank you, Marco,' she said, a gentle smile on her face. A few minutes later, Bella flapped up again. This time, her wings felt lighter. She buzzed further than before, until her muscles grew sleepy once more. Humming filled the air. Lina the ladybug tapped her leaf, singing a happy tune. 'Join in, Bella!' Lina cheered. Bella hovered beside Lina, her body swaying to the music. Lina's song made Bella chuckle-her worries grew smaller, like clouds far away. 'Can I rest with you a little?' asked Bella. Lina beamed. 'Of course! We all need breaks for our wings and songs.' After their duet, Bella's heart felt warm. She flapped onward, past yellow buttercups and tall bluebells. When her wings ached again, she landed near a buzzing sound. It was Omar the bumblebee, sipping nectar. Omar glanced up with a grin. 'Try some sweet nectar, Bella! It gives me energy for zipping across the garden.' Bella took a tiny sip. The nectar tasted fresh and cool. 'How do you keep going?' Bella asked softly. Omar tapped his fuzzy tummy. 'I always stop for a snack and a chat. Even the busiest bees need help from friends.' With every break, every kind word, Bella's wings grew steadier. Each rest brought new strength. Each smile made her braver. When the Big Garden's gate finally appeared, Bella blinked in wonder. She soared through sweet air, petals brushing her legs. All the butterflies twirled and cheered. Bella landed on a pink tulip, breathless and proud. She looked back at the long meadow she'd crossed. Marco, Lina, and Omar waved from below. Bella fluttered her wings, shining brighter than ever. She had reached the Big Garden-not by rushing, but by resting, laughing, and letting her friends cheer her on.
